After attending the START programme i am very energetic in promotion and discussion about Seroflo.After START i got tool to convert and retain my doctors on Seroflo.I converted 7 doctors from Budamate to Seroflo.I discussed Concept and Excel study with Dr Hira and Made 600 units of Seroflo internally available in LNJP hospital for the first time.START programme has really acted like a fuel and helped me to increase the quality discussion on Seroflo.

After start programme in cochin region we have started 4 campaigns for seroflo (only one campaign with local matriel, better than the best campaign with concept and excel study, feel the diffrence campaign compairing our rotacap with others, smile campaign with local matriel)we have formed seroflo club in trichur,cochin and kottayam.

After start programe in kerala we segregated our msl for strength wise promotion.also we done institution analyisis for the availability of different sterength.this msl segregation really help to increase especially seroflo 100 and seroflo 500 r/cs.
in kerala we staaarted seroflo club for the exclusive rxs of seroflo and this created a good impact to retain our customers.
Seroflo 100:- We have analaysed our total msl of seroflo and found that the support from last 30 doctors to seroflo is very less,and the reason is that because of price they are not frequently rx ,and because of less rx our visit and material utilisatioon was also poor.now we are high lighting the seroflo 100 price with local material.(per day cost of therapy) this really worked and now evry msl 5- 6 doctors increased their support to seroflo.
Also for retention of seroflo 100 rx we are doing local campaigs,sms campaign, etc.apart from that every month indudal target is giving for converting esiflo 100,forair 100 etc.Details of activities given below
Seroflo 100 club:_ for gps and paediatricians who are using monotherapy like budecort,levolin etc.. we have started seroflo 100 club and enrolling these doctors in this club.This idea we have discussed with hod of paed department-Dr.jayaprakash and doctor commented that it’s a good idea to convert doctors in to combination therapy.In this club we are conducting small group meeting highlighiting the importance of inflammation and combination therapy in asthma.
Seroflo 250:_ doctors who are exclusively rx seroflo 100 r/cs we are discussing about step up therapy ,and per msl we have selected 10 doctor to ceonvert to 250 .
Seroflo 500: Presently only 10-15 doctors are rx seroflo 500 in each msl and in cochin region already we prepared 80 doctors msl for copd division.we already started discussion on torch study,price comparison between seroflo 250&500,recommendation in moderate to severe asthma. And high strength for severe asthma.
Inclinical discussion on seroflo and material utilization
Now all the peoples are using excel and concept study and doctors who are interested we aare giving the abstract of these studies.also now in cochin team started preparing local materials to promote seroflo.recently we have prepared a material comparing the capsule quality of gr ,lupin and our cap.

For Chemist we provided some gifts(pens and pads) for giving reliable informations about the rx of each drs. Formed a seroflo patients feed back by visits the hose along with C&E.For last 30drs we are started doing a campaign. Visiting them with all the patient inputs and breathing tubes Farzana posters and convincing them with the laptop presentaton. As a result of this our seroflo 100 sales is improved
