Still the awareness of asthma and the superior molecules available in the market not known by many low end doctors. Many of the drs still using only the salbutamol and aerocort . In my territory also many of the GP's using only salbutamol .There is no point in developing a new combination when it doesn't reaches to the medical fratanity. For that drs i want to update them with superior molecules. And the main hurdle for the usage of superior molecule is the cost factor. So for this kind of drs i did the comparative of per day cost of aerocort and seroflo 100r/c. For this i made two local level multi-media material. This mainly focus the 8 year legacy of our seroflo. Many of the drs are not accepted that but from this i converted 3 drs from aerocort to seroflo 100r/c.
1.Dr.subramanian MD ,though he is a MD he is still believing in aerocort.After this dr give 10 Pob for seroflo .
2.Dr.Gokulakrishanan - I took 15 seroflo 100r/c from him.
3.Dr.ashok. He is using asthalin only but he started to prescribe seroflo inhaler.
I should not satisfied in converting just 3 doctors, so i need to work out more in my terrtitory to make most of msl doctors to Px seroflo.

i am promoting seroflo 100 to low end gps and rmps and pmps and bhms as seroflo is having zero effortless breathing and ur patient can control asthma better.
to promote seroflo, first we have to break our msl strenth wise.i am mostly focussing our seroflo 100 r/c to the low end physician as well as general physician who are prescribing only salbutamol or salbutamol+beclomethasone combination. i have discussed about complance problem & potency of fluticasone.i am also discussing the per day cost of seroflo 100 r/c only rs. 7 which is less than the cost of per day tea.
